Not much to say about this, except it's bloody lovely. Naturalist Paul Evans takes us on a sound tour of Dungeness and the Romney marshes. Enjoy. [MP3]

Don’t suppose you have Bridging The Gap, a similar programme the next day about the Tyne Bridge?

  2. James Says:

Sadly not. There’s a bit of it on POTW til Sunday though: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00q9mcs/Pick_of_the_Week_31_01_2010/

Shingle Street is in Suffolk not Kent – nowhere near Dungeness!!

Dan – I know, it confused me too, but the programme is about Dungeness. And why not? I’m sure there have been plenty of historical “Shingle Streets” – it’s the sort of name that feels mobile…
